How do I cancel my subscription?
Tennis Caddy subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Tennis Caddy, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the original purchase.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
My reminders aren't showing up. What should I do?
First, check that notification permission is granted: go to iOS Settings → Tennis Caddy → Notifications and make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. Then check that the specific reminder is enabled in the app under Settings → Reminders. Note that reminders are a Premium feature.
My data didn't sync to a new device. How do I fix it?
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices. Pull to refresh on the main screen. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in — your data is safely stored in the cloud and will re-sync on login.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.
