1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tennis Caddy (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tennis Caddy is a personal tennis equipment and session tracking application for iOS. Features include racket string tracking, session logging, overgrip and ball management, smart restring reminders, and optional social sharing of session activity.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

To use Tennis Caddy you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when registering

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a Tennis Caddy Premium subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment information.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policies and must be requested through Apple

5. Permitted Use

Tennis Caddy is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or backend services
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Tennis Caddy (session posts, captions, photos). By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver that content to users you've chosen to share it with, based on your visibility settings.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tennis Caddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• String tension estimates or restring recommendations are accurate for your specific equipment or playing style
• Reminders will fire at the exact time or under all device conditions
• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses

Always consult a qualified racket stringer for equipment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis Caddy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to equipment damage, lost matches, or loss of data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
